What is Storage and Bandwidth?

Storage determines how many files you can upload and store in your Media Library. The more storage you have, the more episodes you’ll be able to upload to your Media Library and publish. Each account level has a fixed amount of Storage that does not reset each month.  

Bandwidth refers to how much data our computers have sent to your audience on your behalf. The more your media is requested (played and downloaded), the more bandwidth is used. This number typically increases steadily throughout the month and is reset once per month. Each account level has a fixed amount of Bandwidth each month. Your Bandwidth limit is reset every month. 

The date your bandwidth will be reset is displayed on your My Account page. The reset will happen sometime during that day, United States Pacific time. If you need more storage or bandwidth, consider upgrading your membership.
