A free-spirited misfit, abstract artist, critical thinker and occasional writer who, like Fran Liebowitz, seems to have perpetual writer’s block, I talk about creativity and sometimes mental health, particularly my experience living with anxiety, the sense of urgency that pervades our crazy culture, the pressure to “fit in,” and recovery from self-sabotaging behaviors. As someone who has kept silent about my opinions for a long time, I speak my mind without apologies here.
